SHIPPING TIME & CHARGE

The item ships via USPS Ground services and is eligible for standard shipping. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, including processing time. We ship within the U.S.A, including Alaska and Hawaii.

RETURN POLICY

We want all our customers to receive a high-quality item that they will love and enjoy. All items purchased on our site, unless clearly labeled otherwise, can be returned within 10 days after purchase. 

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@seeond.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When we receive the item, we will refund the piece's value, excluding original freight charges. Please include your full name, billing/shipping address, order number, and email address when returning the item to us.

HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?

We will credit the same credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase when your return is received. The return will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

EXCHANGES

If you’re exchanging your purchase for a new item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please email us and let us know the new item you would like – style and color.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
